Day 01         0430  Leave Colombo for Mannar

                   0630  Breakfast at Kurunegala

                   1400  Arrive Mannar for lunch

                   1530  Sightseeing in Mannar (Tirukketiswaram temple, Bao-Bab

                             tree – the biggest tree in Sri Lanka and some old Roman

                             Catholic churches in Mannar)

 

Overnight stay at the hotel Manjula Inn

 

 

Day 02         0800  After Breakfast, visit Thalaimannar & Adam’s Bridge

                             After lunch, visit Pesalai beach and some fishing villages

 

Overnight stay at the hotel Manjula Inn

 

 

Day 03         0700  After early breakfast, visit Giant’s Tank for bird watching

                   1000  Visit Madu church

                   1200  Commence return journey to Colombo

1400  Stop for lunch at Medawachchiya Rest House

2030  Arrive at Colombo
